Hong Kong Aviation Club

Where are We?

	The Club House is located at the corner of Sung Wong Toi Road and Olympic Avenue parallel with the threshold of Kai Tak runway 13. The entrance is actually off Olympic Avenue. The site is also shared with the Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps. With Large off road parking facilities make access to the Club very easy.

Aircraft landing on RW13 Kai Tak - Pic, Ron Pattinson	The Club's hanger seen here in the distance sits adjacent to the Club House and includes the Engineering Work shops. The location and Club layout remains very much the same as it use to be in the past as shown in this picture. With Kai Tak now closed all aircraft save for a few members helicopters have now been relocated to Shek Kong Airfield.
View towards SK from Pagoda, Yuen Long to right	Shek Kong Airfield is located near Yuen Long in the Northern Territories close to the Chinese mainland border. Originally an RAF base it is now occupied by the PLA who have kindly granted week end flying for the Aviation Club. Due to an unusual freak of nature, Shek Kong can often have clear sky's over the airfield "the bowl" whilst the rest of Hong Kong is in cloud.
